The Lotus Gardener, based out of Westford, MA, creates and maintains some of the most stunning and artistic water features, fountains, Japanese Gardens and outdoor living spaces in the New England Area. With a focus on attention to detail, dedication to the craft and a passion for working with water and stone, each of our features and spaces are uniquely suited for client and the property.

Jay Bearfield
Jay has been designing and building award winning water features and Japanese Gardens for over twenty years throughout the New England area. His one of a kind naturally inspired creations draw upon his love of nature, the elements of stone and water, and are influenced by his experiences with Japanese Culture and Buddhism.
An avid outdoorsman, Jay regularly finds an abundance of inspiration while playing deep within the mountains and woods of the Northeast and shares these experiences often with his five amazing children.
